Easily manage click fraud protection for all your clients from a single ClickGuard account—no need to juggle logins or share credentials.
ClickGuard allows you to create and manage multiple workspaces under one account. Each workspace is fully independent, with its own settings, domains, ad accounts, and subscription.
As an agency, this means you can handle protection for every client in one place and switch between them instantly using the workspace selector in the left sidebar.
Why this matters
Managing multiple clients becomes significantly simpler:
- Onboard new clients quickly and hand off control without losing access
- Access all client workspaces from a single login—no password switching
- Let each client manage their own billing and subscription
- Stay visible across all accounts you manage
Accessing your workspaces
Use the workspace selector in the left sidebar to:
- Create new workspaces
- Switch between existing ones
There’s no limit to how many workspaces you can create, and this feature is available on all plans.
Setting up a workspace for a client
There are two ways to set up a client workspace, depending on whether your client already has a ClickGuard account.
Option A: Client creates the workspace and invites you
If your client prefers to manage their own account setup:
- The client creates a workspace and completes the initial setup
- They go to Settings → Team Access
- They add your agency email and assign the Manager role
- You accept the email invitation
- The workspace appears in your account immediately
Option B: You create the workspace and hand it off
This is the most common workflow for agencies onboarding new clients.
- Open the workspace selector in the left sidebar
- Click Create new workspace
- Enter:
- Workspace name
- Client website
- Monthly ad spend
- Click Continue (The workspace is created instantly. You’ll be taken to a plan selection page—this can be skipped for now.)
- Return to the dashboard and select the new workspace
- Go to Settings → Team Access
- Add your client’s email and assign the Manager role
- Your client receives an invitation email
Once your client accepts:
- They log in and see the workspace in demo mode
- A banner prompts them to activate the workspace
- Clicking Activate starts onboarding:
- Plan selection
- Domain setup
- Ad account connection
- Protection configuration
After activation, you can transfer workspace ownership to your client from Settings → Team Access.
From this point forward, both you and your client can access the workspace—you manage performance, and they own the subscription.
Choosing your workspace structure
There are two common approaches agencies take:
Separate workspace per client
- Cleaner separation
- Independent billing
- Easier client handoff
Single workspace for all clients
- Centralized management
- Shared configuration
Both approaches are supported—the right choice depends on how your agency operates.
