Whether you're switching to a new credit card, updating expired payment details, or want to manage multiple payment methods—ClickGUARD makes it easy to stay in control of your billing.
Follow the steps below to securely update or change your payment method:
1. Log In to Your ClickGUARD Account
Begin by heading over to app.clickguard.com and logging in with your username and password.
2. Access the Billing Settings
Once inside your dashboard, look to the left-hand navigation panel and:
- Click on Settings
- Choose the Billing option
- Then open the Payment Methods tab
3. Add a New Payment Method
In the Payment Methods tab, click on the Add Payment Method button.
You’ll be prompted to securely enter your new payment information—this can be a credit/debit card or another supported payment type.
Make sure all the card details are correct before confirming.
4. Set the New Method as Default (Optional)
After adding your new payment method, you can choose to set it as the default for all future billing. This ensures seamless renewals and uninterrupted service.
5. Remove the Old Payment Method (Optional)
Once your new payment method is successfully added, you’ll see the option to remove or delete your previous one.
Simply click the trash bin or "Remove" icon next to the old card to clear it from your account.
Please ensure your new method is saved before removing the previous one to avoid any payment interruptions.
