Keeping your billing information up to date is essential for accurate invoicing and proper record-keeping. If you need to make changes to the company name, billing address, or VAT number on your invoices, follow the steps below:
1. Log In to Your ClickGUARD Account
Start by accessing your ClickGUARD dashboard. Visit app.clickguard.com and log in with your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Billing Settings
Once you're logged in, go to the bottom-left corner of your dashboard and:
- Click on Settings
- Then select the Billing section
- Finally, open the Invoices tab
3. Update the Invoice Information
The Invoices tab is where you can update your invoice details.
- Enter the name of the person or the company name that should appear on your invoices
- Fill in the billing email address
- Add the company's full physical address
- If applicable, enter your VAT number for tax purposes
- Double-check all the details to ensure accuracy
4. Save the Changes
After entering the updated information, make sure to click Save to apply the changes to all future invoices.
π Important Note About Past Invoices
Please note that updating your billing information in the dashboard will only affect future invoices. If you need the new billing details to be applied retroactively to any previous invoices, weβd be happy to assist you.
