Workspace Ownership and Access
As a user, you have the flexibility to own multiple workspaces, each with its own unique settings and structure. Additionally, you can be added as a team member to other users' workspaces, enabling seamless collaboration across projects. Learn how to add and manage additional workspaces to optimize your account structure.
Viewing and Managing a Workspace
To view a workspace, navigate to the Workspaces page and select the desired workspace. Here, you can access different sections for comprehensive workspace management:
- Sites: Manage the websites you are protecting.
- Billing: Review billing details, adjust subscription settings, and view invoices.
- Team Members: Manage access and roles of team members within the workspace.
- PPC Access: Control and configure your connections to various PPC platforms.
- Workspace Settings: Adjust the basic settings of the workspace for customization and optimization.
Billing Information
Your subscription is linked to your workspace. When activating a workspace, the protection plan you select will be applied to all the websites managed under that specific workspace.
Note: If you own multiple workspaces, each one requires a separate subscription. This structure ensures that the protection and services you receive are tailored to the specific needs of each workspace independently.
