    Kuldeep Patidar what are the limitations of the second value in the custom event? Could i include a JSON object, or does it only work with simple values (text/numbers), is there a maximum length to the value? is the value searchable/filterable in the dashboard?

    James Gill – Currently, JSON objects, arrays, or complex data structures are not supported directly. So, it works only with plain strings and numbers (converted to strings). When it comes to a maximum length, it's best to keep it to ~255 characters. The message value is not searchable or filterable in the dashboard, unfortunately.
