Payments fail for many reasons, including but not limited to:
- insufficient funds on your credit card
- bank blocking the transaction for any given reason
- expired credit card
These situations happen and it might not be your fault at all. If your payment for renewing your ClickGUARD subscription fails, we will not immediately cancel your subscription.
ClickGUARD will make a total of 3 attempts in 72 hours to charge your payment method and renew your subscription without stopping the service.
If we are unable to charge you within 72 hours of your billing period ending ClickGUARD will automatically cancel your subscription and stop the protection / optimization service for the Google Ads accounts you added.
