If you had a custom subscription plan with ClickGUARD which was cancelled at any time for any given reason, you should still be able to subscribe to the same plan provided that:
- you have an active payment method in ClickGUARD (click here to learn about how to add your credit card)
- the plan configuration is still supported (legacy plans might not be available)
To restart your previous subscription visit your Subscription page in ClickGUARD and hit the "Restart Previous Subscription" button:
ClickGUARD will remind you about the specifics of your previous subscription plan so you can review. Hit "Start Subscription" to accept the plan and being your old-new ClickGUARD subscription:
