When you sign up for a ClickGUARD a unique customer number is assigned to you.
ClickGUARD uses this number to identify you when you're contacting support and when you are:
using an email address that is different than the one you used when signing up;
reaching out via chat when not logged in to the application.
How do I find your customer number?
When you log in to your ClickGUARD account, click on your name in the top right corner and select "Account Information" from the drop-down menu:

You will then see your customer number:

Do team members have different numbers?
Team members have the same customer number as the primary user.
