- submitting a cancellation request on your Subscription page;
- reaching out to ClickGUARD support via in-app chat;
- sending an email to [email protected] from the email address used to sign up;
- sending an email to [email protected] from any email address and stating your name and customer number.

What if ClickGUARD didn't cancel in time?
In case you reached out to ClickGUARD support requesting cancellation before your next billing period started but our team didn't react on time for any given reason and you were charged for the next billing period we will refund 100% of your payment and cover refund fees.
